I have spent several years working for human service organizations; therefore, I am passionate about empowering individuals to reach their highest, best selves. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, and I am level I and level II certified in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki. I continue to study and further my spiritual, personal, and professional development daily.

Over the past decade, I have spent significant time immersing myself in various philosophies, healing techniques, and modalities. In 2022, Reiki reached out to me, and I answered the call. Since my level II attunement, I have had a strong desire to share the experience of Reiki with others. 

I am a proud supporter of LGBTQIA+ communities. I welcome all people of color. I stay trauma-informed. I am diversity, equity, and inclusion-centered. I am a safe space for all to come exactly as they are, in this time and space.
